We have used C & M for years, and have never been disappointed. Our older units are kept in tip-top shape by servicemen Daniel and Tim. Both are skilled and highly reliable. They typically find and fix problems in only one visit. Lately, we had to replace a hard-to-find wine room cooler/humidifier. Matthew in the office was extremely helpful and patient as we researched our options, calling many times with questions. The new unit was installed by Daniel and the unit works wonderfully. – Sherre
